Warranties and Refund Policy

We will gladly refund any damaged or defective items received if the product is returned within 15 days. Body Solid Products fall under their manufacturer's Warranties below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to sales@ipsfitness.com describing the damage or defect. Include a picture of the damage/defect. Within 48 hours you will receive a Return Authorization Code.

2. Pack the item with the Return Authorization Code carefully, including the original packaging, and ship to IPS Fitness c/o IPS Group LLC 3254 Hill Ave Toledo, OH 43607. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be generated. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued. It may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your bank/credit card statement.
