Refund Policy

We will gladly refund any damaged or defective items received if the product is returned within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to sales@ipsfitness.com describing the damage or defect. Include a picture of the damage/defect. Within 48 hours you will receive a Return Authorization Code.

2. Pack the item with the Return Authorization Code carefully, including the original packaging, and ship to IPS Fitness c/o IPS Group LLC 3254 Hill Ave Toledo, OH 43607. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be generated. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued. It may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your bank/credit card statement.
